The Millwall Referendum – The Results
Further to the recent ‘Millwall Referendum’ held on behalf of The Lions Trust, the MSC and Peter Garston (Fan Director), the results of the poll are as follows:
Two methods of compiling the data were used:
- An online poll via The Lions Trust website. Participants IP addresses were logged to watch for repeat voting. This method generated 297 responses. - A questionnaire conducted prior to the Millwall v Cheltenham game on March 3rd 2007. This method generated 150 responses.
The total number taking part in the poll was therefore 447 overall.
Participants in the poll were asked to rank various questions in order of importance, from 1 (NOT important) up to 10 (VERY important). So the higher the figure, the more importance Millwall fans place on the issue. ‘Supporters groups mean different things for the fans. What’s important for you?’
Results by source
‘How good a job are the following Millwall fan groups doing?’ ( 1 = a waste of time, 10 = a great job)
