Millwall Shareholders

There are 43,000 shareholders of Millwall FC, many of whom are also supporters. Individually these shareholders have limited influence on the club but together we can have a real say in how the club is run.

The Lions Trust has a shareholding in its own right but it also votes on behalf of our members. If you are a shareholder and want to have a say you can give the voting rights to the Trust but you will still keep the shares at all time.

How to make The Lions Trust your proxy:

You should have received your proxy form along with your annual report and accounts. If not, you can download one here

Delete 'Chairman of the Meeting', initial the alteration, and put 'Millwall Supporters Society Ltd.' in the box. (Millwall Supporters Society Ltd is the official name of The Lions Trust).  Complete your name, address and postcode if it is not already printed on the form.

Sign in the other box.

Send the form off to Computershare. Do not send it to the Trust. Computershare will tell us how many proxies we have.
Do not forget to do this, please do it today, even if you intend going to the AGM

The Trust, as it is duty bound to do, will vote in accordance with our registered aims and objectives. However, if you would like to express your opinion on any of the resolutions being tabled, or if you have any questions you would like us to ask please contact us as soon as possible
