Members views - September 2005The Tide Has TurnedThe view of the Lions Trust members, as shown by the latest questionnaire results, is that the turmoil at the club over the summer has finally turned them against Theo Paphitis. He has been supported by Trust members in all previous consultations, but now 57% consider Theo not to be ‘good for Millwall FC’. Attitudes have softened regarding the sale of players, presumably due to our financial position being revealed, with only the sale of Darren Ward (although closely followed by Paul Ifill and Peter Sweeney) making us angry.
