Millwall Holdings PLC Share Consolidation

EGM – 10am 04.10.10 at The Den

The Holdings Company has proposed a restructuring of the share base to consolidate every 100,000 existing shares into one new share.

Shareholder may lose out unless they round their holding up to a multiple of 100,000 by 5pm 04.10.10.

The fractions so created by the consolidation are proposed to be gifted to The Lions Trust. These will be held on behalf of all Millwall fans by the Trust for a minimum of three years.

Any shareholder who wishes to join the Trust during this period may do so for the reduced cost of just £2.

Anyone can join the Trust, it costs just £10 the majority of which is then used to buy shares in Millwall FC.

The Lions Trust is a shareholder of Millwall PLC and campaigns for proper supporter influence at the Den. By joining the The Lions Trust supporters can have their voice heard, and the Trust can increase its shareholding. Remember, chairmen, managers and players move on, but the fans are here forever.

The Trust is a democratic, not for profit organisation, with a formal constitution, which includes its aims and objectives. It is owned by its members and The Lions Trust is duty bound to carry out the wishes of its members.

MFC Shareholders
If you are a shareholder in Millwall FC, then you can sign over the voting rights to the Trust. 70% of Millwall FC is owned by individual fans and investors so your shares can make a difference. By signing over the rights you will give the fans a say in how the club is run but you will still own the shares.
